Body Mind Centering is the direct involvement of the body’s innate sense of knowing to find anatomical, physiological , emotional, developmental and depth wisdom of a felt , alive sense of being. Rather than simply find a tissue such as a bone in the body, the practitioner FEELS the bone in the body.

Dr . Elayne runs a full time private practice, with a specialty in self esteem and eating disorders. She has taught psychology courses all over the country. She continues to serve as a consultant to the Easting Disorder Clinical Research Program at Yale. Dr, Elayne completed her pre, post and advanced post-doctoral work at Yale University School of Medicine.
She is also a registered yoga teacher.
